 讲师职责描述 |
 Trainer Responsibilities: |
1．授权负责二次研发余世维博士系列品牌公开课为标准的企业内训课程；
2．参与培训需求调研、设计、完善培训内容及PPT演示文档；
3．负责培训效果的评价、跟踪与培训研究及改进；
4．配合销售团队完成客户拜访，需求挖掘；
5．项目建议书的撰写，培训方案的落实及后期跟踪；
6．负责专家访谈的组织、策划、实施及相关专题报道。 |
1．Develop and improve existing seminars and courses of Dr Yu Shiwei
2．Participate in the market research of enterprise’s training needs, design and perfect the training contents
3．Responsible for the assessment of seminars and courses
4．Give seminars and training catered to the needs of clients |
| 任职要求 |
Requirements: |
1．性别不限，国籍不限，男士优先；
2．研究生以上学历；
3．有在大型企业管理岗位任职背景；
4．熟练使用现代培训工具，个人有成熟的授课经验；
5．优秀的口才表达能力，良好的演讲能力，普通话流利清晰；
6．具备一定的团队协作能力、分析能力、设计解决方案能力、学习能力；
7．工作敬业，良好的沟通、协调能力及团队合作精神；
8．工作地点：以青岛为主，可出差到全国各分公司。

3．Have experience working in Fortune 500 companies or well known Singapore companies
4．Excellent ability to express and speak in Mandarin
5．Skilled in application of training tools
6．Dedicated, with good communication skills and good team work
7．Working places in China: Beijing, Shanghai or Qingdao |
